The Heelys Shop will only ship to United States addresses.  Heelys does NOT ship to P.O. boxes.

Sorry, international shipping is not available at this time.  Please check our International section under Shop on the Heelys home page to find a retailer near you.

Rates:
All products are shipped via UPS under the following options:

UPS Ground
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS Next Day Air
For most addresses in the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii, the Heelys Shop offers 3 levels of delivery service. Second and Next Business Day deliveries are available services for most parts of AK and HI, and some remote locations. Shipping service options for your area will be displayed at checkout.

Orders are shipped from our Dallas, Texas warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Regardless of shipping method chosen, all orders including those with UPS expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select) will leave our warehouse within 4 business days, excluding holidays.  Choosing expedited shipping will only affect the UPS delivery time once the order leaves our warehouse (refer to chart below) and does not affect order processing time.
UPS Ground: Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery, excluding holidays (order may arrive sooner)
UPS 3 Day Select: Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery, excluding holidays (order may arrive sooner)
UPS 2nd Day Air: Please allow up to 6 business days for delivery, excluding holidays (order may arrive sooner)
UPS Next Day Air: Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery, excluding holidays (order may arrive sooner)

Returns:

All returns must be authorized in advance by Heelys Customer Service.  Heelys is not responsible for customer returns that have not been processed using the Heelys Return Process (see below).

Replacement order for misshipment:  Should you receive product different from what you ordered, Heelys will pay for return shipping and promptly send you the replacement product upon receipt of the returned product, providing you follow the Heelys Return Process (see below).

All Other Returns:  UNOPENED and UNUSED product in the original packaging may be returned for credit (minus shipping and handling) or exchange within 30 days of delivery, providing you follow the Heelys Return Process (see below).  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return product to Heelys.

Exchanges:  If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or style, refer to the Heelys Return Process (see below). 

Credit for the returned product will not be issued until the returned product has been received AND the returned product has passed inspection (we do not issue credit on returned product that does not pass inspection). 

HEELYS RETURN PROCESS:

Returned product must be shipped back to Heelys via a carrier that will provide a tracking method for the shipment.  Heelys recommends purchasing additional insurance if it is not already provided by the carrier as Heelys cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.

To begin the Heelys return process:

  1. Please send an email via the Contact Us form with ‘Heelys Shop Returns’ in the subject line and include the e-mail address originally used to register on Heelys.

***NOTE:  WE MUST HAVE A VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS IN ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN*** 

  1. In the body of the email, please make sure to include:
    • The full name of the person who placed the order on Heelys Shop
    • Your telephone number with area code (in order to expedite your return, please include a valid telephone number so that we may quickly and easily contact you, if needed).
    • Your Heelys order number (this can be found in the confirmation e-mail sent to you at the time you placed the order)
    • Reason for return
    • If requesting an exchange, we will need know the style and size of the shoes you will be returning, as well as the new style and size you would like to receive
      • Example:  I currently have the 7635: Sparkler, Size 2and I would like to exchange it for a 7635: Sparkler, Size 3
        1. A customer service assistant will be in touch with you shortly to help confirm the return process and issue you a Customer Returns Number (RA Number), if applicable.
          1. Once you have received your return instructions and your Customer Returns Number, pack your product in the original shoebox and place the shoebox in the original carton you received it in and clearly mark ‘Heelys Shop Returns’, along with your Customer Returns Numberon the front of the box.
          2. Return product to the following address:

  1. Upon receipt of your return, the product will be inspected to make sure that it is UNOPENED and UNUSED
    • If the returned product passes inspection, the replacement order will be shipped and you will be notified via e-mail with a tracking number or your original credit card will be credited accordingly.
    • If the returned product does not pass inspection, the product will be returned to you without notice (we do not send replacement orders or issue credit on returned product that does not pass inspection).

Limited Warranty
Product sold through the Heelys Shop are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of receipt. Manufacturer’s defects will be determined by Heelys. Valid claims will receive a full refund. Improper fit is not valid criteria for warranty. Warranty valid only with proof of purchase from the Heelys Shop online store. Misuse, abuse or alteration of product voids warranty. Heelys will not issue replacement product or credit for returned products that have experienced excessive wear or any type of abuse or mistreatments.
